Hello my lovely Team2 raiders!

It is with heavy heart (and a little bit of relief, if I'm being completely honest) that I am stepping down from leading our 2nd raid team.

As much as I love raiding with all of you, I've been raiding/leading/taking over groups 4-7 nights a week for over two and a half years straight, and it's really beginning to take a toll on my sanity. I'm sure people have noticed that my attendance has been suffering on the weekends (weddings for both my best friend and my brother coming up, visiting family/friends, and attending important RP events), and my attendance has dropped below the required 75%. I don't foresee that changing any time soon with the holidays coming up, and it's unfair for me to make an exception for myself - especially when I'm the one who is supposed to be leading the team in the first place.

In case anyone is worried about me, please don't be; I'll likely still be online, just relaxing on an alt or possibly filling in a spot on team2 if absolutely needed. Don't worry though, I won't be taking any loot, and it will strictly be on an as-needed basis IF I'm even permitted to tag along to help. And team1 will still be under my tyrannical rule, so don't think you're getting out completely scot-free.

Where does this leave Team2? Well, it's now officially a Misfit raid without me. The veterans were willing to take over the team in my stead, and therefore I'm leaving the group in Restless's capable hands.

The veterans will be the ones in charge of attendance and all that admin stuff, so please don't whisper me if you're going to be missing; it needs to be documented on the guild site for the veterans to see and take note of.

Other than that, there shouldn't be too many changes from how the team is currently set up and/or run. If there are any questions about the swap with leadership, please don't hesitate to talk to myself, Restless, or any of the veterans - we'd be happy to chat.

Thanks for being so understanding, and hopefully in the future I'll be able to rejoin you all.
